Mission statement: The United States Amateur Rafting Coalition, SPC’s purpose is to foster amateur teams and oversee regional and local competitions between whitewater rafting challengers who gather together to represent their respective ages and regions while remaining deeply committed to promoting equality in rafting and raising awareness about protecting rivers.
We help connect teams to coaches, help towns put on professional events, foster startup teams and do everything we can to keep our rivers safe and clean.
By becoming an affiliate of USARC you can qualify to get help from rafters who have been through it all. There are different classes of affiliates and some ins and outs to this. Drop us a line at info@USARC.us and tell us what sort of help you are looking for, and we will do our best to help you help the rafting community.
We need you to officially affiliate yourself with USARC and then start doing the work under the guidance of our board. We need all skills on deck. You really don't have to know much about rafting to start helping the rafting community and you will build great friendships along the way. Want to get started? Tell us you are willing to help at info@USARC.US, and somebody will get back to you soon.
NO!!! The United States Amateur Rafting Coalition puts on events and helps promote equality in rafting among its participants in all regions.
Most communities in America were founded on the shores of rivers of ALL types, big and small, dark and slow to swift and rocky.
All of these rivers have towns located on their banks!
At USARC we believe every town should have a pack of river runners and racers, because let's face it, if there are two boats on the water, someone is going to say, we should race!
USARC helps teams make that happen and more!
